As a destination wedding resort specialist, part of my job is to thoroughly understand what the resorts offer, what you want, and how much you’re willing to spend—and then bridge the gap between it all for you. If you’ve been scoping out other destination wedding specialists (I won’t get jealous, promise!), you may have noticed one BIG difference between the services. 

Planning your wedding. 

Yes, most destination wedding specialists focus solely on the travel side of things, getting you and all your people to and from the resort. Then, you are in the hands of the resort’s wedding coordinators when it comes to planning your Big Day.



1. Resort wedding coordinators, while wonderful people, aren’t known for their responsiveness. If you’ve tried sending them an email already and were left to assume it got sucked into the void, you already know this. 

2. They’re not able to give couples much individual attention—because when you’re in charge of hundreds of weddings throughout the year, the math just makes it impossible.

3. The timing of the wedding planning feels totally off. Unlike with traditional wedding planners, resort wedding coordinators won’t reach out to start planning until just a few weeks/months beforehand—leaving couples in a ball of anxiety leading up to the big trip.

That’s why I step into a hybrid role, acting as both your travel agent AND your wedding planner. I’ll juggle all the travel logistics for you + your guests (more on that below). Then, I’ll help you plan out all the little details for your big day—the fun stuff like decor, menus, DJs, and more (or even a full-on mariachi band to announce your reception arrival!). With me, you don't need to worry about how to choose a vendor in a foreign country, I got you!

You can come to me with a specific vision already, or we can shape it together. Either way, I’ll take charge of communicating it all to your resort, so it all comes together seamlessly when you arrive—without you having to stress over a thing. You’ll have a single, super-responsive point of contact throughout it all: Me! 

In fact, I ONLY take on 10-12 weddings the entire year to make sure I’m able to spend enough time with each couple—and ensure your unique destination wedding vision is brought to life with ease.

On your final day together, grab your guests and board a chartered catamaran cruise timed to when the sun sinks below the sea. 

I’m here to make sure your entire experience is memorable in all the best ways, from arrival to—sad face—the moment your plane lands back home. 

My destination wedding design fee

At this point, you’re probably thinking: “Morgan, this all sounds great! But … how much does it cost?” 

The answer: It depends. I charge a Professional Fee starting at $2,500. The exact amount is dependent on a number of factors—including the size of your group, wedding vision, etc. I’ll share the exact fee with you after our complimentary Discovery Call together!

What I can tell you right now is that I’m BIG on giving big value, and most of my clients easily earn back the design fee in the form of comps, inclusions, and my savvy maneuvering for saving on their wedding decor.  

At this point, you’re probably thinking: “Morgan, this all sounds great! But … how much does it cost?”
