Wedding events
To make our destination wedding as easy and stress-free as possible for you, we have hired Morgan of Making Memories by Morgan travel agency to assist you in booking your room & transportation. *35 rooms are blocked with special rates within the date range of June 2-6, 2027, with a limited amount of rooms available for June 1-8, 2027 (3 night minimum required). Your $400 per room deposit is due by November 11, 2026*
1. Review the FAQs below for answers to frequently asked questions about our destination wedding at Hard Rock Punta Cana. *Important: Any guests that book out of the room block or are staying off property will be required to pay additional fees to attend the wedding events. This is a requirement by the resort and the cost would be the responsibility of the guest. Offsite guests would not be able to arrive on property until 30 minutes before the ceremony starts and must leave as soon as the reception is over. We highly encourage all guests to stay on property and book through our room block instead!
2. Check out the different room category options and pricing under the "Pricing" section. Please note there is a 3 night minimum.
3. Once you are ready to book your room & pay your $400 per room deposit, complete the reservation form at the bottom of the page under "Start My Reservation". If you have questions and are not ready to book, please email Morgan at travel@makingmemoriesbymorgan.com so she can assist. All guests will need to complete the reservation form to proceed with your booking (ONE form per room), in addition to pay the $400 per room deposit by the listed RSVP date of November 11, 2026.

FAQ & Important Info
- Roundtrip group transportation between Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) and Hard Rock Punta Cana
- Hotel accommodations with all-inclusive amenities
- Speciality Included Promotion: $200 per room per night resort credit that can be applied towards select spa & salon services or golf. A 35% fee will be charged to any resort credit used and is to be paid upon check out. More details will be listed in your online travel documents, which you will receive via email 14 days prior to travel.
- Unlimited food at all restaurants, including room service
- Unlimited beverages and liquor at all bars
- Access to all private wedding events
- Full travel services from Making Memories by Morgan, including transportation coordination, prep emails, and personalized online travel documents
Not included: Airfare and trip protection. Trip protection is optional but strongly encouraged. See the Trip Protection FAQ for details.
Important: Forward your airfare confirmation to travel@makingmemoriesbymorgan.com at least 60 days before your trip so your transportation can be arranged. If it's not received by that deadline, you will forfeit your included transportation and be responsible for booking your own. You will want to fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
When you book through Making Memories by Morgan, you get:

- Personalized online travel documents two weeks before departure, including a full itinerary, packing guide, tipping guide, and more
- A point of contact if anything comes up while you're on property, so you're never left figuring it out on your own
Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website. If you do not have a valid passport I highly recommend starting the application process ASAP!
A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date as it must be valid 6 months post travel. This means that your passport expiration date needs to be until December 2027 or later.
A few important things to know:
- Trip protection is quoted individually based on your age, state of residency, trip duration, and total trip cost. You will automatically receive a land-only quote after your inquiry, with the option to decline.
- Claims are handled directly between you and Travel Insured. Making Memories by Morgan has no involvement in the claims process.
- Trip protection is non-refundable once purchased.
- Air coverage is not included in the initial quote. If you want to add it, let me know within 7 days of booking your airfare. Amending your existing policy is typically cheaper than buying a separate one through the airline.
Without trip protection, there are no refunds if your plans change, even for circumstances outside your control. Your U.S. health insurance will also likely not cover you the same way it would at home.

Cancellation fees:
- Before final payment: $50 per room (deposit remains non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason)
- After final payment: $125 per room (all payments remain non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason)
Yes! A room deposit of $400 per room, plus the cost of optional but encouraged trip protection, is due by the RSVP date of November 11, 2026 to confirm your reservation. The final date to book and pay for everything in full is February 3, 2027.
There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made no later than February 3, 2027 at 5:00pm CST. Anytime you'd like to make a payment you can do so HERE by using your reservation/confirmation number.
A few tips:
- Fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Transportation is only included for guests arriving into PUJ on the first day of their reservation.
- Book directly with the airline and choose at minimum economy (not basic economy). Basic economy requires you to pay extra for a seat assignment, puts you in the last boarding zone, and is the least flexible if anything changes.
- For your flight down, aim for a non-stop or at least a 1-hour layover minimum. Anything under that is a gamble on a missed connection.
- For your flight home, aim for a non-stop or at least a 2-hour layover. You will go through customs and immigration at your first U.S. stop, so you need the extra buffer. Also avoid flights departing before 11:00am since your pickup from the resort will be about 4 to 4.5 hours before your flight.
Once you book, send your airfare confirmation and PNR (the 6-character record locator, like ABC123) to travel@makingmemoriesbymorgan.com at least 60 days before your trip so I can arrange your transportation. I will send reminders, but please note that if I don't receive it in time, you will forfeit your included transportation and be responsible for arranging your own.
Absolutely! If you are interested in arriving early or staying later reach out to Morgan ASAP so she can request additional availability and provide you a quote. Please note that rates and availability are subject to change for rooms outside the room block.
With this room block:
- The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
- Only rooms booked with Making Memories by Morgan count toward this contract
- The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement
Wedding Events
All guests that book through Making Memories by Morgan will receive an email 14 days prior to arrival at Hard Rock Punta Cana that contains your online travel documents. These will outline everything you need to know for both travel and wedding events!

- The resort requires a 3-night minimum for all guests. The maximum occupancy in one room is 3 adults + 1 child.
- Stays may be extended beyond the travel window, pending availability

- Your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit has been made

Start My Reservation
All guests must complete the reservation form to book their room. One form per room, not per person. Roommates should designate one person to fill it out.
Rates are locked in through the RSVP date of November 11, 2026. After that, rooms are subject to different pricing, so don't wait!

Step 1: Gather Your Info
Morgan will need the full passport name and date of birth for everyone in your room. Still waiting on your passport? No problem, just use the name from your application. When you book your airfare, make sure the name is an exact match to your passport (or application).
Interested in staying more than 4 nights or a different room category? Reach out and Morgan will submit a request. Just note that these are subject to availability.
Step 2: Fill Out the Form
Select the number of passengers and the form will create spaces for everyone in your group. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Trip protection will automatically be quoted for each guest individually after your inquiry, with the option to decline. See the Trip Protection FAQ for more details.
Step 3: Submit
Once Morgan receives your form, she will send two emails (or three if you decline trip protection): an intro email and a second with your invoice and payment instructions for the $400 per room deposit. If you don't hear back within 48 business hours, reach out at travel@makingmemoriesbymorgan.com.
